Terms & Conditions – NMK Travels
Welcome to NMK Travels & Taxi Services. Please review the following terms applicable to all our travel services:
1. Parking & Toll Charges
Parking fees, toll charges, and entry fees are not included in the base fare and will be added separately to the final bill.
2. Night Driving Allowance
An additional charge applies for trips operated between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. Distance Calculation
Trip distance is calculated from the company office to the pickup location and return.
For outstation trips, if the travel exceeds 300 km per day, tariff will be switched to a per-kilometer basis.
4. Air Conditioning Usage
Air conditioning may not function effectively during steep uphill travel or when the vehicle is stationary for long periods.
5. Hill Station Trips
Additional charges may apply for hill station travel, including night halts, permit fees, and terrain-based adjustments.
6. One Day Policy
A travel day is defined as 12:00 AM (midnight) to 11:59 PM (midnight).
